Activity Physical Limits - Work from home

Today for work we had our first Day 1 physical limits activity.
In the second slide it shows the instructions I had to follow and on the other two, it shows the 10 food items I would take.

    I would have to say, I love all these foods but I wouldn't take raisins, watermelon and honey. I don't personally like raisins, watermelon can tend to get dried up and honey is way to sweet for my body. I love you ideas and structure. Beautiful blog post Tee!
